A small, yet exquisitely designed, two bedroom apartment in Benfleet, Essex, with luxurious finishes throughout.
Our developer client requested a luxurious interior to furnish a show home in these new build apartments in Benfleet, Essex.
Targeting the first-time buyer market, specifically singles and couples, the client purchased the show home (rather than use our rental inventory), as he intended to relocate it across multiple units as the development sold.
The apartments were constructed on a former factory site in a prominent Benfleet location and there was considerable local interest in the development pre-launch.
The show home was designed to appeal to both the young, local commuter audience, and also to couples relocating out of London for a more peaceful lifestyle.
Our approach to designing this show home
Two different designs were presented to the client, and they selected a layered neutral scheme utilising luxurious, yet minimally designed, furniture which showcased the high-end interiors and maximised the space. Our aim was for the apartment to feel both aspirational and achievable to the prospective buyer.
During a challenging February install we encountered a flooded car park and heavy snow, but the project was delivered on time, on budget and, as always, with a smile!
We hit the brief perfectly, and the entire inventory was purchased as a turnkey by one of the buyers.
The result: offers within 9 days
Multiple offers were received on the development at the initial open day, just 9 days after the show home was installed.
