Who We Are
Established in early 2019 by Leigh Davies and Amanda Green, The Property Presenters isn’t just our business; it's our passion. Our decision to work together stemmed from this shared passion. We wanted to redefine the standards of how properties are presented in the market. Before starting The Property Presenters together, Amanda and Leigh had both already built their careers in home design and staging independently.
Amanda has a lifelong love of property kickstarted with early experiences in DIY and decoration with her dad. Following interior design and House Doctor training, Amanda has perfected her craft over two decades and contributes a significant breadth of expertise having undertaken numerous personal and client property renovations.
After an earlier career in the corporate world, Leigh qualified from the National Design Academy and grew her skills at Optimist Design, bringing a proven track record of crafting spaces that enhance both property appeal and marketability. She is also the owner and manager of successful holiday properties, giving her a fuller understanding of property management from a different perspective.
What We Do
Staging vacant properties is a detailed and deliberate process of preparing a home for sale in the marketplace. Our approach has been developed over the years; we have tried and tested, honed and perfected our offerings and operations into the comprehensive service we now offer our clients.
We can usually provide an initial quote from just a conversation and a floorplan – saving time for our busy clients. We then carry out a comprehensive site visit to ensure we fully understand your property and your goals. We take detailed measurements, photos and video, plan access and logistics, consider the external and internal architecture of a property and the vision starts to take shape.
We then create an individual, bespoke staging plan covering the furniture and accessories required to best showcase the property. Our aim is always to maintain the personality of a home and highlight its best features and reduce the visual impact of anything negative.
The initial process is similar when we’re designing a custom furniture solution. These projects then often include a longer, more consultative design process, during which we will understand the objectives, budget and timescales, and deliver a fully bespoke turnkey product.
