New build apartment staged in Crouch End

Our client had a new development of 26 apartments in the highly desirable area of Crouch End in North London.   The Property Presenters were asked to design three show homes in different sized apartments to appeal to the young professional and buy-to-let investor markets.

Crouch End attracts an affluent buyer, and the show homes needed to be stylish, contemporary  and elegant and demonstrate flexible living including work from home spaces to appeal to the target market.

The high-end finishes installed by the developer were a perfect backdrop for our staging designs, described as ‘stunning’ by the developer and local estate agent. 

Designing an apartment to engage

• In this particular apartment we used a predominantly neutral palette, accented with ochre and greens.  Our intention was to create a calm, but visually interesting, interior in a busy ‘urban village’ location, which is how Crouch End is often described.

• From our inventory we selected some unique pieces and quirky artwork to add memorable features to each apartment.  Often, potential buyers may view multiple properties over a short period of time, and we always work towards creating both a holistic ‘feel-good factor’ and specific points of interest to engage buyers.

The result: 3 successful sales

• All three show apartments sold quickly, and each inventory was moved to a different unit to ultimately achieve the sale of all apartments in the development.
